Adoption is very important to Mr. Marstiller, who serves on the board of the Children’s Home Society of Virginia,  the oldest child placement agency in Virginia. He is a member of thePresident's Council, and theFourth Century Club at his alma mater The College of William & Mary.  Mr. Marstiller established the Philip Steward Marstiller Sr. tennis scholarship at the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Income from the Philip Steward Marstiller Sr. tennis scholarship provides assistance for an academically qualified scholar-athlete in the College of William & Mary's tennis program. This tennis scholarship will assist members of the William & Mary men's tennis team who exhibit talent both on the court and in the classroom.
